3.5 Camps
3.5 Camp 3 (June 17-20) - Scholarship Application and Registration
Participants will register for the grade completed in Spring 2019.

A scholarship application and registration is required for each participant.

We are currently at capacity for females for this camp!
 Only continue with this registration if you agree the participant will be put on the wait list for this camp.

Initial deposit is not required for scholarship applicants. Upon scholarship approval, participant will be notified of amount due. Final payment is due June 10th (one week before the date of camp check-in). Failure to pay by the due date will result in the cancellation of the registration.





Selections are not reserved until order is complete.

Refund Cancellation Policy
We understand that people‚Äôs circumstances can change and provide the following alternatives to assist you. Cancellations may be made 24 hours or before in writing to registration@jamesriver.org for a refund (minus the $25 nonrefundable deposit). From time to time, there may be a need for special consideration of your circumstances in regards to this policy. If this is the case, please contact the Registration office at (417) 581-8636. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy.

Providing safe and quality care for all students attending camp is our highest priority. Due to possible allergies and group housing, please do not bring food items to camp without checking them in at First Aid. If your child has specific dietary needs, requires one-on-one supervision, or has physical/medically diagnosed limitations, please contact the Elementary offices at (417) 581-5433 to discuss how our team may offer the best camp experience possible. In certain instances, James River Kids Camps may not have the staff and facility to properly care for children who have medical, social, behavioral, or psychological needs that require care beyond basic first aid.
