Refund/Transfer/Cancellation Policy We understand that life circumstances can change and affect schedules. With that in mind, we provide the following alternatives to assist you in the event of a change:
Registrations can be canceled and refunded for an administration cost of $20 per person if requested to firstname.lastname@example.org before January 15th, 2019.
Ticket transfers (between conferences or people) will be available to delegates until July 21st, 2019. After that date, transfers must be processed through the Registration Office for an administrative transfer fee of $20. Please note that refunds are not available for transferred registrations.
Your personal information is attached to your registration. The decision to re-sell your ticket will be at your own discretion.
The conference is not liable for losses incurred due to unauthorized transfers, resales, cancellations, and/or refunds.
We're happy to announce a visual update to Brushfire! But rest assured, all the functionality that you (and your customers) know and love hasn't changed.
